The sun failed to put in an appearance, but every other
aspect of Goochland Day 2024 was brilliant. Starting with a concert on Friday evening,
the iconic county evet began with a parade on Saturday morning followed by the
festival along Sandy Hook Road.
Kudos to the legion of intrepid volunteers who put in
countless hours to make the day a success. This “let’s make it happen” grassroots
attitude is why Goochland is a special place!
